Who we are

homeelevatorinstallation.com is operated by Spencer Gasselin LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect what you type into the form: usually your name, email address, phone number, town or ZIP code, state and details about your home and project. When an elevator company contacts us we collect its business details and contact information.

Like most websites, our servers and security services record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited.

How we use it

We use a homeowner’s quote request to pass it to listed companies that serve their area – that is the purpose of the form, and submitting it means we will share it with them. We use company details to create, correct or remove listings and to reply about placements. We do not sell personal information.

Business listings

Listings are built from information companies publish on their own websites. Any company can ask us to correct or remove its listing through the installer page.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses cookies needed to run it and to stop spam. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will say so on this page.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle the request and for our records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top.
